Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
All of your appointments are important to us here at Aruba and due to a recent increase of last minute cancellations, rescheduling and ‘no shows’ we are revising our cancellation policy with immediate effect.
We understand that some of the reasons to cancel are valid reasons and clients from time to time will need to cancel or reschedule. However the business still has to cover overheads, rates,rent , wages etc …

When clients reschedule,cancel or no show with less than 48 hours notice,we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment.
When you make an appointment with us at our salons, you are agreeing to our policy. When booking the appointment we send out a email/text reminder to remind you of the appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Services cancelled within :
48 hours – 50% of service cost
24 hours- 100% of service cost
No show – 100% of service cost
If you fail to pay cancellation fee we will not be able to rebook your appointment until you have cleared the cancellation payment due .
If you fail to not show up for an appointment, you will have to prepay 100% for all future appointments.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to accommodate you but at busy times it may not be possible.

The salons in Bodmin and Wadebridge all have a modern, spacious and relaxed environment.
Clients love sitting back and relaxing with a glass of wine or a beer at our licensed Bodmin Branch. Our Wadebridge branch offers a very spacious hair salon and prime location.
